Pork Meatball Banh Mi

Made these awhile ago. Good weekend lunch/dinner food. FYI, they left out how long you’re supposed to put the meatballs in the oven for. (I think) we did 10 min. Oh, and I wouldn’t use the grater on the carrots. Just cut them into match sticks. Gets kinda messy and annoying with the grater.
